The apartments stand on Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh street in Binh Thanh, a district north-east of the city centre, inside the Vinhomes Landmark development that houses the Landmark 81 tower, one of the tallest buildings in Vietnam. The immediate surroundings are green and open: Công viên Vinhomes Central Park is 500 m away and Tân Cảng Park 450 m. Several children's play areas and outdoor sports grounds, among them Khu Thể Thao Ngoài Trời Park 5 and Saigon Pearl Children Yard, are in the same neighbourhood, and restaurants and bars are close by, including Hoàng Yến Vietnamese Cuisine (150 m) and Capricciosa (200 m).
Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.6 km away and Saigon Railway Station 4.8 km, the main hub for long-distance trains, so both are within a short drive. The nearest bus station, Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Hàng Xanh, is 450 m away, and the city centre is 3.4 km away. With luggage, a taxi or ride-hailing car is the most practical way to reach the airport or the station from here.
For sightseeing, the Vietnam History Museum is 1.8 km away and the War Remnants Museum 3.5 km, so two of the city's best-known museums fit into one outing. The Zoo and Botanical Garden Ho Chi Minh, 1.6 km away, is a practical choice with children, and Crescent Lake, at 7.5 km, offers a quieter place to walk. Nha Rong Wharf, on the Saigon River, is a further stop for a riverside walk, and Tao Dan Park, the Fine Arts Museum and the Ho Chi Minh City Museum complete a full day of sights in the centre.
